CUSTOMER CARE

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 48 hrs of that service. We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we do value you as a client.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

We value your time as much as we do ours. We request that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment may be charged %50 of the fee of the scheduled service. 

Group bookings and bridal parties require a credit card to make reservations. Any group booking must be canceled within 4 business days of the appointment. Cancellations less than 48 hours of group bookings will be charged %50 percent of the appointment total.

RETURNS

All salon services and purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of our products and services  All hair , WIGS, PIECES, are FINAL SALE. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. If a client/ customer is not satisfied we will make the best efforts to work with the client to alter/adjust or administer changes based on our discretion.

OH NO! RUNNING LATE

When  arriving late more than 15 mins late, you will be charged a $10 late fee. When arriving more than 20 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule.

fORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept Cash, Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).  There is a $3  processing fee for payments OVER $300 when using a debit or credit card.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non Transferable.
