In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 48 hrs of that service. We would like every opportunity to meet your expectations, as we do value you as a client.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
We value your time as much as we do ours. We request that all cancellations 48 hours in advance. Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment may be charged %50 of the fee of the scheduled service.

Group bookings and bridal parties require a credit card to make reservations. Any group booking must be canceled within 4 business days of the appointment. Cancellations less than 48 hours of group bookings will be charged %50 percent of the appointment total.

SALON POLICY
OH NO! RUNNING LATE
When arriving late more than 15 mins late, you will be charged a $10 late fee. When arriving more than 20 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule.
RETURNS
All salon services and purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of our products and services All hair , WIGS, PIECES, are FINAL SALE. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. If a client/ customer is not satisfied we will make the best efforts to work with the client to alter/adjust or administer changes based on our discretion.
LOCAL PICK UP
Buy online and pick up in store.
Placing Your Order for In Store Pick Up:

During the checkout process, select the "Pick Up in Store" option. (If the item is in stock Orders are typically ready to be picked up within 24 hours). Place your order and wait to receive a “ready to pick up” email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation)
Bring your ID, credit card and order confirmation to store to pick up your items.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). There is a $3 processing fee for payments OVER $300 when using a debit or credit card.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
